Jon Collins has over 18 years of experience in telecommunications and holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Management from St. Mary’s University in Minnesota. He joined Transition Networks in 2007 and currently holds the role of Sr. Product Manager with a focus on service provider products. In this role his responsibilities include close work with engineering to develop Transition Networks Carrier Ethernet products, creating market awareness of Transition Networks service provider products and working with service providers to address challenges and help them grow services and revenue. Prior to Transition Networks Jon held various Product Management and Product Development roles at Qwest Communications and Norstan Communications.Mr. Collins is an active participant in the MEF and has worked closely with many carriers around the world.

Michael is co-founder and CEO of Amartus with over 20 years’ experience developing OSS & Network Management solutions for the communications industry. He spearheads the company’s strategy as a leading innovator in Service Deliver Automation solutions that address the growing need for dynamic, on-demand network, cloud and IT services. He is strong believer that abstraction at the management plane is the key to achieving the accelerated time to market and instant on services customers need.Prior to Amartus, Michael led the Product Strategy team at Marconi Communications Ireland (formerly FORE System and Euristix) where he held overall responsibility for its multi-service Network Management Solution strategy. Michael came to this role as a Principal Engineer where he had technical responsibility for architecture and design.Prior to this Michael worked for a number of top software companies in the US, UK and Ireland. Michael graduated from University College Dublin in 1992 with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science.
Stan Hubbard is a communications professional with more than 15 years of experience in wireline-related business analysis and strategic marketing. His current focus is on carrier Ethernet services and equipment markets, optical/data network convergence and various wireline technologies. He chairs Light Reading's popular Ethernet Expo and Ethernet Europe events, coordinates Heavy Reading's Ethernet Executive Council program and frequently speaks at other shows and customer meetings. Hubbard also authors two of Heavy Reading's special quarterly research services, the Carrier Ethernet Switch/Router Quarterly Market Tracker and Carrier Ethernet Access Platform Quarterly Market Tracker. Prior to joining Heavy Reading Hubbard spent seven years with Ciena, most recently as director of market intelligence. During his tenure there, he led the analyst team conducting industry, customer and competitive analysis and managed the company's industry analyst relations program. Hubbard is based in Virginia.
