He has held senior positions with Fujitsu, National Semiconductor, and U.K. startup ClearSpeed, covering networking, personal systems, and graphics in Europe, North America, and Japan.

Stanley has spent over 30 years in the electronics industry, including several years designing systems for leading aerospace and mass-transit manufacturers, before moving into semiconductor marketing. Michael held several architect and product management positions with Marvell, Radlan, ADC and Nortel. Recent positions held by Michael include Marvell VP responsible for multicore ARM processor for cloud, networking and broadband applications, Marvell senior management role, responsible for networking and routing ASIC and ASSP, VP broadband carrier systems with ADC Telecommunications and System Architect – Nortel broadband division.

Sindhu Xirasagar is communications software product line manager for the Networking Components Division of LSI Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for product management and marketing of integrated platform solution and application-enabling software in support of the LSI ACP family of multi-core processors for communications applications. Prior to her current position, Xirasagar was responsible in APP software and systems marketing for LSI wireline and wireless applications, as well as business development and ecosystem management.

Before joining LSI, Xirasagar was director of program and product management at StreamCenter, Inc., where she was responsible for identifying market creation opportunities, establishing partnerships, product and service definition, product realization and deployment of nation-wide streaming quality measurement networks. Prior to that, she held a variety of product marketing, corporate strategy and business development positions at Lucent Technologies, and was a Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Labs.

Xirasagar holds a master of business administration from Lehigh University, a master of science in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Bangalore University.
