Prior to founding Earlswood Marketing, Stanley spent more than 15 years in product marketing and business management. He has held senior positions with Fujitsu, National Semiconductor, and U.K. startup ClearSpeed, covering networking, personal systems, and graphics in Europe, North America, and Japan.
Stanley has spent over 30 years in the electronics industry, including several years designing systems for leading aerospace and mass-transit manufacturers, before moving into semiconductor marketing. Before joining LSI, Xirasagar was director of program and product management at StreamCenter, Inc., where she was responsible for identifying market creation opportunities, establishing partnerships, product and service definition, product realization and deployment of nation-wide streaming quality measurement networks. Prior to that, she held a variety of product marketing, corporate strategy and business development positions at Lucent Technologies, and was a Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Labs.
Xirasagar holds a master of business administration from Lehigh University, a master of science in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Bangalore University.
