Jared Headley is Senior Director, Small Cell Solutions within the Mobility Business Group at Cisco. In this position, he leads both the Service Provider Wi-Fi and Licensed Small Cell solution. He drives the overall business, engineering, services and go-to-market efforts related to Cisco's comprehensive Small Cell (Wi-Fi/Licensed) solution.

Previously, Mr. Headley was Director, Business Development in the Global Service Provider sales group, leading a team focused on driving Cisco's competitive advantage. Additionally, he was Senior Manager, Product Marketing in the Routing Technology Group, where he managed the marketing of Cisco's IP core and edge products. He has also acted as Cisco's consumer solutions manager and spokesperson, responsible for developing consumer solutions for the connected home, and he has served in Cisco's corporate marketing group.

Prior to Cisco, Mr. Headley co-founded AfterImage, a communications services firm. In all, he has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and media industry.

Jared spends his time outside of work with his family and doing volunteer work for church and scouting programs. He was raised in the heart of Silicon Valley where he now resides with his family.
