Security remains a top-of-mind item for network operators and their enterprise customers, as the variety and scope of threats continue to proliferate. Security is broken down into two very simple concepts: visibility and controls. Orchestration of all service elements in the network from the IP network to the virtualized data center to the cloud to the mobile endpoint to the applications served provide coordination of the assets required to mitigate threats in the distributed networks of today. There is a key inflection point where the Intercloud happens. At this point, the Enterprises continued trust in moving key workloads to the cloud creates the point where Enterprise security policy and controls meet the service provider and cloud. How will we deal with this critical market inflection point? In this webinar, we'll review the growing challenge of delivery of secure services and security pervasively where the carrier network meets the cloud.

  • Enterprises and Consumers are trusting the cloud with critical workloads more each day
  • Security is pervasive
  • Key market inflection occurs where the Enterprise security policy & controls meet the cloud – The Intercloud
  • Threats are more complex each day and the stakes are higher now
  • Mitigation of threats and monetizing security services now require visibility and control throughout the service delivery network and systems
